David Kitt releases a brand new album of original songs, Not Fade Away, on Dublin Discs in Ireland on 18 August 2006. Rough Trade will release it outside Ireland in October.
Over the years Dublin-born David Kitt has more than proved himself as a writer and a performer. Kittser first stole our attention with the tingling soft focus home-recorded debut album Small Moments on Rough Trade in August 2000, freely outshining the favoured acoustica movement of the time with the sheer depth of feel of his songs. |

Well known for her weekly Raidio Na Life show, this Capital City Dj has been steadily building her rep around Ireland for bringing fresh sounds to your surrounds. Praised for her varied sets and with track selection skills of the highest order, her smooth mixing style affords her genre switching abilities like few others. In a word, diversatility. Combining elements from funk, soul, hip hop, reggae and dancehall to dubstep, grime, baile and breaks the list doesn't stop there. Not afraid to throw some *insert random genre description here* amongst the proceedings, Halfdutch literally defies the notion of a genre dj, eschewing the conventions and seeking to create a different kind of aural experience. Her two mix tape series constantly surprise and have gained her plaudits from many sources, while a busy gigging schedule around Dublin has kept the locals happy. So don't be surprised, if you catch her set in the bar at this year's Mantua festival, to find yourself forgoing the main stage frolics and enjoying something with a different flavour, a different kind of vibe. |

Paul is one half of Limerick/London duo BROKEN FUNK. The music he plays is varied and solely depends on what the crowd are in too on any given night. In saying that a strong part of any BROKEN FUNK set is nested in funk, reggae, hip-hop, soul & all that falls between. During there time together they have spun vinyl with some of Irelands finest while holding down residencies at two of Limerick's musical insituations: Mickey Martins (under the Cheebah.net banner) & The Wicked Chicken.
They have also shared the wax covered wheels with a couple of further afield heads like: Qool DJ Marv, DJ Andy Smith, BMC,Tokin'Whiteboy, The Nev, Phil the 80's mixmaster supreme, Jamalski, Nicolette, Jazzman Gerald, DOM (Blood & Fire) and recently Kenny Dope to name a few. Expect tuff reggae with a funk twist for the Mantua Project.

is an avid collector of rare Soul,Blues & Jazz records, and owning some of the rarest Northern Soul Records around it was inevitable that Dick was destined to become a D.j. Starting out in Essex, then into London,up to Cambridge, Peterborough and then into the North of England.Over time and with a lot gigging Dick eventually became one of the top D.j's on the Soul scene & is now often refered to as 'The Legendary Mr.Coombes'
Dick also pioneered the Uk's Modern Soul Scene with his old mate Keb darge.Always breaking new sounds, and making it difficult for the rest of us D.j's to keep up was Dick's buzz.He is now,I hear living in Ireland, and is still pumping out the Soul & Funk catch his funked up set on Sunday at Tardis bar.
